# Direct Intracity

## Overview

Direct Intracity by Delhivery offers 15-minute on-demand pickups with 2-wheelers and LCVs across Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru and Ahmedabad

### 1. Direct Intracity

To activate Direct Intracity by Delhivery, you need to

- Navigate to Services Page > Direct Intracity
- Click on **Activate Now**

### 2. Activation

- You need to enter your **Approximate monthly volume** in the provided field and click **Activate Now**.

### 3. Finalizing Activation

#### For Clients with a Prepaid Account

If you use the prepaid mode of payment, the activation is automated and requires your digital consent.

- An on-screen agreement will be displayed. Please review the terms and conditions carefully.
- Provide your digital consent by clicking Sign and Agree.
- Please wait for up to 60 seconds while the system processes your request.

**Info:** *Once completed, the Direct Intracity service will be activated on your account automatically. You can begin scheduling intracity shipments immediately.*

#### For Clients with a Postpaid Account

If you are a postpaid client, your activation request will be handled by our Business Development team.

- After clicking Activate Now, your request is submitted to our team. No further immediate action is required from your end.
- A representative from our Business Development team will contact you to discuss the service and guide you through the final activation steps.

### 4. Pre-requisite to Shipping Direct Intracity Orders

To start shipping Direct Intracity orders, you will need to

1. [Add users for Direct Intracity](https://help.delhivery.com/docs/users#adding-direct-intracity-users)
2. Recharge your [Wallet](https://help.delhivery.com/docs/delhivery-miles-wallet)
