# Login FAQs

## Overview

In this article, you will learn how to:

1. Reset your password if you forgot it
2. Fix the "Invalid email address or password" error
3. Log in if your account is inactive
4. Register a new account

### 1. Reset your password if you forgot it

If you forgot your password, follow these steps:

- Click on **Forgot Password** on the login page or just use this link: [Go to Forgot Password](https://ucp-auth.delhivery.com/brewmaster/realms/ucp-HHEVE694KRR3/login-actions/reset-credentials?client_id=ucp-vue-frontend&tab_id=yJeEmUIhxzc)
- Enter your registered email ID and submit.
- You will receive an email with a reset link (valid for 5 minutes) from [noreply@delhivery.com](mailto:noreply@delhivery.com) with subject line "Reset password".
- Click the reset password link in the email and set a new password.
- Go back to [https://one.delhivery.com/login](https://one.delhivery.com/login) and log in using your email address and new password

### 2. Fix the "Invalid email address or password" error

If you get this error:

- Double-check the email address and password you are entering.
- If your email address is linked to multiple companies, ensure that you are using correct password for the selected company.
- If you still can’t log in, try resetting your password.

### 3. Log in if your account is inactive

If the account that you want to access is now inactive (you will face this situation when you get the error: *"There is no active account associated with this email address."*)

- **For account owners**: You need to reset your password and log in again.
- **For other user types (Admin, Ops user, support user, read access only user)**: Contact the owner of your account to reactivate your access.

### 4. Register a new account

If you have never logged into Delhivery One before with this email address, you need to create an account to log on to Delhivery One.

- Click **Sign Up** on the login page.
- Enter your full name, email address, phone number and a password that you want to set (you'll need to use the email address and the password to access Delhivery One subsequently).
- Complete the registration process by clicking on "Create Account".
