# Third Party State

## Overview

Orders that are fetched in Delhivery One via online channels (Shopify, Woocommerce) are created in pending state, but if they are manifested by a 3rd party portal & not Delhivery One, these orders go to the Third Party Shipping state.

## Where can I view 3rd party state orders?

Navigate to Main Menu > Orders & Pick-ups > Forward Orders > Third Party State
