Allow clients to configure slots for Client Warehouse
- Clients can now select a pickup slot while creating or updating a CWH.
Available slots include:- Early Morning (00:00-06:00)
- Morning (06:00-10:00)
- Mid Day (10:00-14:00)
- Evening (14:00-18:00)
- Late Evening (18:00-21:00)
- Night (21:00-00:00)
- Clients raising a pickup request after 2 pm can schedule pickups for the next two days based on the working days of the incoming center. If no preferred slot is assigned to the CWH, users will need to select one from the available slots mapped to the incoming center for the CWH.
- Clients raising a pickup request before 2 pm can schedule for the same day or the next two days based on the working days of incoming center. Slots that have already passed will be marked as "Not Available" for today.
- If a preferred slot is assigned to the CWH, it will be auto-selected for pickup requests. Users can change this slot if desired.
If the current time exceeds the preferred slot’s end time, it will automatically schedule the preferred slot for the next day. Users can also adjust the pickup date and slot selection as needed.
Partial return of orders delivered through Delhivery
- When a user selects "Initiate Return" against a delivered shipment and if the shipment has an order linked with it and has 1+ quantity, all the products will be listed along with their quantities.
- Users can select the products and the quantity they want to initiate a return for. Quantity return shall be less than or equal to quantity shipped.
- Users have to select a drop location and reason for return:
- Damaged product
- Poor Quality
- Others
Allow users to enable/disable auto recharge between 8 AM to 5 PM
- Users can enable or disable the Auto Recharge option only between 8 AM and 5 PM. This feature can only be modified by account owners.
- If users attempt to change the Auto Recharge setting outside the designated hours, they will receive a message indicating "Bank details can be updated between 8 AM and 5 PM only."
- This change will be visible in the following places:
- Popup opened from the dashboard, wallet list, and remittance list pages
- The remittance details section under Settings
Wallet Transaction List View - Combine Spends and Refunds into a single page
- Users can now view both spends and refunds in one consolidated list, eliminating the need to toggle between separate tabs.
- Each entry will include a differentiating column for debit and credit transactions, providing clarity similar to a bank passbook.
- Users can search transactions using the AWB Number as the default and Transaction ID as an additional option.
- Users can now able to see the description against each transaction, and the link to navigate to weight mismatch page in case of weight exception on a particular AWB.
Credit note visibility on Delhivery One
- Clients can now view and download Credit Notes and Debit Notes directly in the Finances section of the portal.
- Added Credit Notes and Debit Notes tabs next to Invoices for easy navigation.
- Each tab displays:
- Note ID
- Issued Date
- Total Amount (in Rs)
- Download Receipt option
