Overview
A B2B cargo order helps you to easily ship bulk shipments to your clients. It allows you to send multiple shipments to the same recipient under one single order.
Key Details Needed Before Getting Started
- LR Number: A unique 9-digit Lorry Receipt Number (LRN) to represent each shipment. This can be auto-generated if you don’t have one.
- Order ID: Your own reference number to track the shipment on the Delhivery One portal.
- Pickup & Drop Locations: The location for pickup and the final delivery destination.
- Invoice: An invoice is a formal document that provides details of the goods sold, including descriptions, quantities, and prices. An invoice number and document are mandatory for every shipment.
- E-way Bill: An E-way bill is a document that provides details regarding the movement of goods. If the invoice value exceeds INR 50,000, an E-way bill number and document are also required as per GST regulations in India.
- Weight & Dimensions: The weight & dimensions of the shipments.
