How  to add a pickup location?

Steps to add a pickup location for your B2B account:

  • Navigate to Main Menu > My Facilities > Manage Warehouses > Add New Pickup Location
  • Fill out mandatory details like Facility name, Pickup Location Contact number, Address , PIN code.
  • The mobile number must be verified via an OTP, and the pickup location must be a valid address.
  • You can also select the preferred pickup slot for Delhivery to attempt pickup at your location.
  • You can choose the Working days of this pickup location to ensure a successful pickup rate. By default, all seven days of the week are selected
  • If you accept returned shipments at the same location, select "Return address is the same as pickup address." If the return address is different, enter it under Return Details.
  • Click on Add Pickup Address to save your pickup location.


How to update an existing pickup location?

Steps to update your existing B2B pickup location:

  • Navigate to Main Menu > My Facilities > Manage Warehouses
  • You can view a list of all your pickup locations. Click on the "Edit" icon to update details of your pickup location.
  • You can not update the Pickup location name.
  • You can update the phone, pickup and return address, preferred pickup slot for your pickup location.


How to deactivate a pickup location?

Steps to deactivate a B2B pickup location:

  • Navigate to Main Menu > My Facilities > Manage Warehouses > Add New Pickup Location
  • Click 'Edit' for the required pickup location
  • Select 'InActive'. Then Save Changes.
