Overview
A pickup request is a request raised to Delhivery to collect your shipments from your warehouse and transport them to the Delhivery warehouse for dispatch to the consignee address..
There are two types of Pickups:
Manifested Pickup: When you create/manifest your B2B order before raising a pickup request. For more details, refer How to create a B2B order on Delhivery One?
Blind Pickup: You create a pickup request without manifesting your B2B order and directly handover your shipments to our agent during pickup.
Note: The steps you need to follow for creating a pickup request are the same for both Manifested Pickup or Blind Pickup

How to create a pickup request?
Steps to create a pickup request:
Navigation
Login to your B2B account on Delhivery One
Go to the Left Panel > Pickup Request > Create Pickup Request
Add Pickup Location
Select the Pickup Location from where the Delhivery agent will collect your shipments.
If it's an existing Pickup Location, you can select it from the drop-down.
Otherwise, you can Add Pickup Location
Once the pickup location is chosen, the contact person name & pickup location contact is auto-populated. You can edit these fields if required.
Select Date & Time Slot
Select a suitable date and time slot for pickup.
A default pickup time slot is auto-populated as per the pickup location configuration. You can change this if required.
Enter Box quantity
Enter the number of boxes that needs to be picked up.
Select Manifested Shipments
Shipments that you have manifested from the selected location under B2B orders shall be displayed under Orders ready to be shipped from <pickup location name> section.
Select the orders and click Create Pickup request.
In case of a blind pickup, no shipments will be shown under this section and you can directly click on Create Pickup Request

Once a pickup request is created a unique pickup request ID is assigned to it.
You can view this request under Left Panel > Pickup Request
Print & Paste the Shipping labels
It is mandatory to paste shipping labels on your manifested shipments and keep them ready for pickup
You can print the shipping labels from Orders ready to be shipped section on this page, by selecting the shipments & click Print Shipping Label.
You can also print the shipping labels from the Manifested tab in B2B order. For more details, refer how to print waybills & shipping labels?

Note:You need to ensure that the packaging of the shipments is done as per the guidelines set by Delhivery.
To have your shipments picked up the same day, please create your pickup request before 2 PM.

If you wish to drop off your B2B shipments at one of our locations instead of arranging a pickup, you can check our Self Drop locations. Refer to this article to create & manifest orders.
Note: This option is available only for manifested shipments.
How to cancel a pickup request on Delhivery One?

Steps to cancel a pickup request:
Login to your B2B account on Delhivery One
Go to the Left Panel > Pickup Requests
You can view a list of all your pickup requests. click Cancel Pickup on the right side under the actions column.
Confirm the cancellation by clicking Yes, cancel pickup.
