Overview

Once an order is created or manifested, it needs to be scheduled for pickup to move to the next stage in the shipment journey. A Pickup request refers to a request made by a client with the logistics partner to pick up their shipments from their warehouses and transport them to the destination.

  • Navigate Main Menu > B2B orders > Manifested 
  • Enabled the toggle button - I want  to self drop
  • This displays the self drop locations for each shipment

How to create a pickup request?

Steps to create a pickup request:

  • Navigate to Main Menu > Pickup Request > Create Pickup Request
  • Select the Pickup Location from where the Delhivery agent will collect the shipment. If it's an existing Pickup Location, you can select it from the drop-down. Otherwise, you can Add Pickup Location.
  • Once the pickup location is chosen, the contact person name & pickup location contact is auto-populated. Select the pickup date and preferred pickup slot.
  • Enter the number of boxes you will have for pickup
  • Shipments manifested from the selected location shall be displayed. Select the orders and click Create Pickup request.
  • Print & paste the shipping labels on the manifested shipments and keep them ready for pickup.

How to cancel a pickup request?

Steps to cancel a pickup request:

  • Navigate to Main Menu > Pickup Requests
  • You can view a list of all your pickup requests. click Cancel Pickup on the right side under the actions column.
  • Click Yes, cancel pickup.

Delhivery agent is out to pick-up the shipment

Shipments are picked by Delhivery agent

Scheduled pickup is canceled
