Place Direct Intracity Orders using Delhivery Direct App

  1. Download the Delhivery Direct App and open the App. The user must log in using the phone number that is registered with their user profile on Delhivery One.
  2. Create a Profile: Upon first login, the user will be prompted to create a profile. Enter the required details, including Name and Email Address, to complete the profile setup.

  3. From the app's homepage, tap on the Local Delivery option to begin creating a new order.
  4. Enter Pickup and Drop Addresses: Please enter the complete address for both the pickup location and the drop-off location accurately. Ensure the details are accurate to avoid delivery issues.
  5. Select Business Payment Mode: In the Payment section of the order creation screen, it is crucial to select Business Mode. This ensures the order is correctly billed to your corporate account.
  6. Choose a Payment Method: After selecting Business Mode, users can choose the payment method for the order:
    1. Central Wallet: Use the prepaid balance available in the corporate account's central wallet.
    2. Cash on Delivery (COD): The delivery charges will be collected in cash at the time of pickup or delivery, as applicable.

Tracking Orders from Delhivery One

Users will also be able to see orders in their orders section:

  1. Delhivery One account holders can view and monitor the status of all Direct Intracity orders from the "Direct Intracity Orders" section on the main Delhivery One web portal (one.delhivery.com).
  2. Orders placed by all the users under the account are visible here. They can filter the orders based on the following attributes:
    1. Date Range of Orders
    2. City
    3. Vehicle Type
    4. Status
    5. Order Placed By
