Increase the limit of bulk updating pending orders from 5 to 250

  • Clients can now update up to 250 pending orders at once from the UI, increased from the previous limit of 5.
  • Bulk actions available include:
    • Updating package details (weight and LBH)
    • Changing transport mode
    • Updating payment mode
    • Updating Pickup Location
  • Users can track the status of bulk update requests on the "Order Uploads" tasks page.
  • Task titles indicate the update method:
    • "Edit Orders" for CSV uploads
    • "Edit XX Orders" for UI updates
  • Status indicators on the task page include:
    • Failed
    • Completed
    • Completed with Errors
  • Users can download a report detailing failed order reasons


Manual retrigger of IVR verification by Clients/CS for shipments where the IVR call wasn't received by the consignee earlier

  • Users can now manually re-trigger IVR verification for shipments from both the Delhivery One shipment details page and the NDR page if the consignee has not responded on the IVR call once the consignee refuses to accept the order remark is applied to the shipment.
  • The users can take the below CTA actions:
    • Re-trigger IVR Verification
    • Return Shipment
  • Based on the option selected by the consignee on the IVR call the shipment status will be changed, If the consignee selects option 1 then the delivery attempt will be made for that shipment, If the consignee selects option 2 then the shipment will be marked as RTO
  • Updated functionality for the "multi-select and take NDR action" feature on the NDR exception page:
    • Removed irrelevant action options for pickup type shipments (cancel pickup, reschedule pickup, reattempt, return).
    • Bulk action options remain available on the same page for efficiency.


Allow editing of the shipment details post-manifestation for the OMS orders

  • OMS clients can now update the following fields directly:
    • Delivery Address: Editable within the same Pincode
    • Payment Details: Payment Mode and COD Amount (editable)
    • Weight: Dead weight of the shipment
  • Editing is permitted only for shipments in the following states: Ready to Ship, Ready for Pickup, and In Transit.
