Clients can raise tickets for auto-rejected claims

  • An option to raise a ticket for auto-rejected claims has been added to the claims listing view and claims details view.
  • On clicking the Need Help button, a popup will be opened with a preselected category as "Reopen rejected claim" and the claim ID will be pre-populated. The user will be provided the option to enter the description where AWB/weight/dimensions can be mentioned, and the user can also attach the file/image as proof.
