Call pickup executives for escalated Pickup Requests
- Users now have an option to call the Field executives for escalated pickup requests.
- Failed Pickup requests for which a ticket has been raised or a WhatsApp response was received for pickup verification would be visible as escalated Pickup Requests on Delhivery One.
- We have introduced an option for you to call the Field Agent on these escalated Pickup requests once they are in the Out for Pickup status.
- The Field executive's phone number can be viewed from the Dashboard, Pickup listing page and the Pickup Detail page by clicking on the "Call Executive" button.
View Freight and VAS Invoices
- Company owner will be able to view invoices for Domestic, International, and VAS services under the Finances tab. Users can view and download prepaid invoices in PDF format.
- Users will also be able to view the outstanding bills and click on the Pay Now CTA. Pay Now will redirect to payment gateway on a new tab.
- Users can filter based on date range/invoice number and download AWB wise data against the invoice from the details page.
