Overview

Pickup locations are the locations from where you want the Delhivery agents to collect your shipments. Selecting a pickup location is mandatory while creating an order and raising a pickup request.

How to add a pickup location?

Steps to add a pickup location for your account:

  • Navigation
    • B2C Parcel
      • Login to your B2C account on Delhivery One
      • Go to the Left Panel > Settings > Pickup Locations > Add New Pickup Location

    • PTL
      • Login to your B2B account on Delhivery One
      • Go to the Left Panel > My Facilities >  Manage Warehouses > Add New Pickup Location

  • Enter details
    • Facility name: This is the name of your pickup location. Facility name should be unique, you can not have two pickup locations with the same name on Delhivery One.
    • Contact person name & number: Mention the name and contact number of the POC of the pickup location. Delhivery agents will reach out to this POC to coordinate pickups. Please note that the contact number you add will be verified via an OTP in the end. 
    • Address & Pincode: Please enter the valid address and pincode of your pickup location. City and state will auto-populate once you enter a valid pin code.
  • Pickup slot and Working Days
    • Choose your preferred time slot for pickup and operational days of the pickup location. 
    • Our FE will attempt to pick up your shipments during the selected time slot.
    • By default, all seven days of the week are selected as working days. Click on any day to unselect it.
  • Return Address
    • If you accept returned shipments at the same location, select "Return address is the same as pickup address." 
    • Else, enter the address and princode of the location where you will accept the return shipments under Return Details.

  • Add Pickup Address
    • Once all the relevant information is filled, click on Add Pickup Address to save your pickup location.
    • The contact number of the POC you have added will be verified via an OTP. Once verified, your pickup location will be successfully added. 
    • You can view your pickup locations under Left Menu > My Facilities > Manage Warehouses 


How to update an existing pickup location?

Note: You can not update the Facility name.


Steps to update your existing pickup location:

  • Navigation
    • B2C Parcel
      • Login to your B2C account on Delhivery One
      • Go to the Left Panel > Settings > Pickup Locations > Add New Pickup Location
      • You can view a list of all your pickup locations.
    • PTL
      • Login to your B2B account on Delhivery One
      • Go to the Left Panel > My Facilities > Manage Warehouses  > Add New Pickup Location
      • You can view a list of all your pickup locations.
  • Update Pickup Location
    • Click on the "Edit" icon on the right to update details of your pickup location.
    • You can update all the details except for Facility Name
    • Once you have updated the required details, click on “Save Changes”. 


How to deactivate a pickup location?

Note: 

  • Pickup locations cannot be deleted, can only be deactivated.
  • You can only deactivate a pickup location if no active pickup request is scheduled for this location. 


Steps to deactivate a pickup location:

  • Navigation
    • B2C Parcel
      • Login to your B2C account on Delhivery One
      • Go to the Left Panel > Settings > Pickup Locations > Add New Pickup Location
      • You can view a list of all your pickup locations.
    • PTL
      • Login to your B2B account on Delhivery One
      • Go to the Left Panel > My Facilities > Manage Warehouses  > Add New Pickup Location
      • You can view a list of all your pickup locations.
  • Deactivate pickup location
    • Click on the "Edit" icon on the right side for the required pickup location.
    • Select the status as “InActive” from the top. Then click on “Save Changes”.
