User Profile on Delhivery One

Under Company Details section, you will only be able to view your company details like company name, address, primary contact person name & contact details etc.

Please Note: There is no option to EDIT the company details.

However, you can Edit or Upload your Company Logo under this section. To upload/edit your company logo:

Navigate to Main Menu > Settings> Company Details and click on ADD/EDIT IMAGE.

Once successfully updated, this logo will be used on your packaging slips of all your shipments.

Where can I see and update my bank details?

On behalf of our clients/sellers, Delhivery can collect Cash on Delivery amount from the customer at the time of delivery. This collected amount is then transferred to the seller in their designated bank account.

To view and edit your bank details like Account Number, Beneficiary Code, IFSC Code and Bank Name etc.

Navigate to Main Menu > Settings> Bank Details.
