User Profile on Delhivery One
Under Company Details section, you will only be able to view your company details like company name, address, primary contact person name & contact details etc.
Please Note: There is no option to EDIT the company details.
However, you can Edit or Upload your Company Logo under this section. To upload/edit your company logo:
Navigate to Main Menu > Settings> Company Details and click on ADD/EDIT IMAGE.
Once successfully updated, this logo will be used on your packaging slips of all your shipments.
Enhanced Bank Details Update with OTP Verification in Delhivery One
To strengthen security and ensure compliance, we are introducing an OTP-based validation process for updating bank details within Delhivery One. This enhanced process safeguards against incorrect remittances to unintended recipients, a risk identified within our franchise clientele. The new flow will provide an additional layer of security, requiring OTP confirmation before changes are finalized. Additionally, the owner will be informed when the updates are made so that the owner is kept in the loop at all times during the update flow.
New Update Flow:
- Bank Account number and IFSC code Entry
- Users must enter their bank account number and re-enter it in a separate field (copy-pasting is disabled)
- Enter the IFSC code

- Pre-fetching of bank name and beneficiary name
- The system will auto-fetch and fill in the bank name and beneficiary name based on the entered bank account and IFSC code information by the user. Users have the option to overwrite these fields if required(to make any corrections).
- Beneficiary Name Validation
- The system compares the pre-fetched beneficiary name with the client’s registered name on UCP.
- If there is a mismatch, users must acknowledge the discrepancy to proceed.
- Beneficiary Email Addresses
- Users can enter up to 40 email addresses for remittance notifications.
- OTP Confirmation
- An OTP is sent to the registered email for final confirmation
- Users have three OTP resend attempts, with a 2-minute OTP validity per attempt.
- Success of Failure Actions
- Success: If the OTP is entered correctly, a success email is sent to the owner's email ID via MoEngage.
- Failure: If the OTP is not accepted after four total attempts, the user can either abandon the process or create a support ticket for Customer Service (CS) assistance.
Editing Bank Details is not allowed between 6 PM IST to 9 AM IST
