1. Reset your password if you forgot it

If you forgot your password, follow these steps:

• Click on Forgot Password on the login page or just use this link: Go to Forgot Password
• Enter your registered email ID and submit.
• You will receive an email with a reset link (valid for 5 minutes) from noreply@delhivery.com with subject line "Reset password".
• Click the reset password link in the email and set a new password.
• Go back to https://one.delhivery.com/login and log in using your email address and new password

2. Fix the "Invalid email address or password" error

If you get this error:

• Double-check the email address and password you are entering.
• If your email address is linked to multiple companies, ensure that you are using correct password for the selected company.
• If you still can’t log in, try resetting your password.

3. Log in if your account is inactive

If the account that you want to access is now inactive (you will face this situation when you get the error: "There is no active account associated with this email address.")

• For account owners: You need to reset your password and log in again.
• For other user types (Admin, Ops user, support user, read access only user): Contact the owner of your account to reactivate your access.

4. Register a new account

If you have never logged into Delhivery One before with this email address, you need to create an account to log on to Delhivery One.

• Click Sign Up on the login page.
• Enter your full name, email address, phone number and a password that you want to set (you'll need to use the email address and the password to access Delhivery One subsequently).
• Complete the registration process by clicking on "Create Account".
