Shipments Exceptions

• Reduce Delivery and Return TAT with real time visibility of shipment exceptions and ability to take resolution actions
• Identify and take action on shipments that are stuck in transit and need client inputs to be delivered to the consignee or returned back to the client
• View shipments that are under damaged, missing E-waybill, missing consignee details, payment disputes and take actions

Support Ticket Resolution

• Get instant updates for Delivery Delayed and Reattempt / Reschedule / NDR issue categories
• You can add up to 200 AWBs in a single request and we will 1 Support Ticket for each waybill
• View real-time summary of waybills which have an existing support ticket or are not eligible for ticket creation due to On time delivery or client action pending
• Raise support tickets from Left Panel > Support page and View ticket request summary from Dashboard > Tasks > Ticket Requests. Read more
  

Channel Integration

• You can bulk update LBH and Weight for your online orders or choose to ship with only dead weight and skip LBH during manifestation
