How can I integrate my Amazon orders with Delhivery One?

Delhivery One platform integrates with Amazon, enabling you to manage your daily sale order processing from Delhivery One at ease.

Connect Amazon

Steps to add an Amazon Channel:

• Navigate - Services > Value Added Services > Channels > Add Channel
• On the Channels page, choose ‘Amazon’.
• Click on "Integrate in One Click". This will redirect the user to the Amazon Seller Central Portal (https://sellercentral.amazon.com)

• After navigating to Amazon Seller Central the user has to login to their account if it is not logged in already

• After that, the user has to select the account and authorise the connection

• On app installation, the user shall be redirected to the Delhivery One platform where
  • Existing users can connect their existing logged-in Delhivery account, or
  • Existing users can log in to another Delhivery account and connect, or
  • New users can sign up on Delhivery One and connect to their Amazon channel

• Once the Amazon channel is connected, the user can configure the Amazon Integration by clicking on Configure Amazon Integration CTA
• The user can navigate to the channel configuration page and configure the default pickup location.
• After connecting the channel, self-ship orders in the unshipped state will begin syncing to the Delhivery One portal. By default, the last 7 days of unshipped orders will be synced automatically.

Deactivate Amazon Channel

• To deactivate the Amazon channel on Delhivery One -
  • Navigate Main Menu > Services > Configure Channels 
  • On the Channel listing page, click Configure on the Channel you want to deactivate
