Bulk Actions on NDR Shipments

1. Users can not download Open NDR shipments and take bulk actions by submitting the AWB numbers across one of the four buckets
   1. Forward Shipment : Re-attempt Delivery
   2. Forward Shipment : Return Shipment
   3. Reverse Shipment : Re-schedule Pickup
   4. Reverse Shipment : Cancel Pickup
2. Navigate to NDR page to click on "Download" or "Create Bulk Actions"

Custom Order Tags for Channel Integration

1. Users can update the Order Status in Shopify or Woocommerce that you want to use to fetch orders in Delhivery One
2. Users can also update the Order Status you want to update whenever a key shipment milestone is reached

Rate Calculator for Cross Border Shipping

1. Users can now track Cross Border Shipping rates from the Rate Calculator Page
2. Navigate to Left Panel >> Information Center >> Rate Calculator >> International
3. User can enter the Origin Pincode, Destination Country and Package Weight and Box Dimensions - and view the shipping options available with their Estimated Shipping Cost
