Update Product Details in Pending Orders

  • Users can now update product details for Pending Orders from order details page
  • Users can add or remove products, update quantity or item price based on the needs

Exceptions Report to fastrack your deliveries

  • Users can now set up daily reports on Shipment related exceptions such as Damages, Pending Non Delivery Report (NDR) verification, contact detail errors
  • Users can track Exceptions and provide inputs to fastrack deliveries and avoid delays.
  • Users can customize, edit, and disable the exceptions report based on your requirements.
  • Navigate to Left Panel > Reports > Exceptions Report.

  • Users shall receive the Exceptions report daily on email with a summary of Exception Type and Shipment Count

Support Tickets for International Shipping

  • Users can now raise Support Tickets for their International orders ~ operational issues against a Shipment or other issues.
  • Users can raise issues for following categories
    • Pickup related - if the pickups are delayed
    • Delivery related - if the delivery is delayed
    • Document related - if the shipment is stuck due to document compliance issues
    • Weight disputes - if the weight charged by delhivery is higher than client declared weight
