Verification of Pickup Locations
- One reason for failed pickups is incorrect phone number or address data against the Pickup location
- Users can now verify the Phone Number via OTP and Addresses when they create or update the Pickup Location
Increased limit for NDR updates to 5000
- Users can now take bulk NDR action up to 5000 AWBs in a single request. Previously this maximum limit was 200 AWBs per request
- User shall download the sample CSV file, update the AWB numbers, select the action they want to take and upload the file
Order Cancellation on Shopify/Woocommerce
- Users now have a choice - when they cancel a Pending Order or a Ready to Ship shipment on Delhivery One - to choose whether they want to cancel the order on Shopify/WooCommerce or not
- If this option is selected, the order shall be cancelled on Shopify/WooCommerce as well. Otherwise, only the order in Delhivery shall be cancelled
Improvement in Channel Integration
- Users can view and update existing channel credentials from the detail pages instead of creating a new channel
- This shall be visible on Channel Details page for all Woocommerce channels. For channels connected via shopify app; updates have to be done on shopify
- Users shall also be able to raise support tickets specific to Channel Integration issues
- Users can select "Channel Integration" category and select one of the following sub categories
- Unable to integrate channel
- Unable to fetch order
- Unable to sync order statuses
- Other channel related issues
