Overview
Delhivery One platform assigns a Payment Mode (COD or Prepaid) to your online orders that we fetch from Channels. This article defines the Payment Mode assignment since the nomenclature of the financial status varies by channel.
Shopify
- Shopify order has a Financial Status which has multiple statuses
- Based on the Financial Status of the Shopify order, we identify the Payment Mode of the order in Delhivery One

| Paid | Prepaid |
| Pending | COD |
| Partially Paid | COD |
- If the Financial Status does not belong to the above statuses, the order will be created with blank Payment Mode and you will have to assign COD/Prepaid before shipping
- If the Financial Status of your order has been updated in Shopify, the change will reflect in Delhivery One platform within 5-10 minutes
