Overview
The Serviceability & Rate Calculator on Delhivery One allows you to check the serviceability of specific pincodes and get an estimated shipping cost for your shipments.
- Navigation
- Login to your B2B account on Delhivery One
- Go to the Left Panel > Information Center > Serviceability & Rate Calculator
- Pickup & Delivery Pincode
- Enter the pincode from which the shipment will be picked up, and the pincode to which the shipment will be delivered.
- If either of the pin codes is non-serviceable, you will see a message ‘This pin code is not serviceable.’
- Box quantity & Dimensions
- If both pickup and delivery pin codes are serviceable, then proceed with entering the Number of boxes and the box dimensions i.e., Box Size (LBH)
- If you wish to add more boxes click on Add Another Box Size.
- And you click on the edit icon to edit and delete icon to delete the box quantity & dimensions.
- Shipment Details
- Enter the Total shipment weight i.e. the combined weight of all the boxes
- Mentioned the total shipment value i.e. Shipment Amount
- Specify the payment mode i.e. Prepaid or COD . Enter collectable amount if you have selected COD
- Freight
- Bill to Client: The shipping cost will be billed to you.
- Freight on Delivery: Your consignee will pay the shipping cost on delivery.
- Insurance option
- Owner’s Risk: On selecting this option, the shipment will be shipped on owner’s risk, with no insurance applicable from Delhivery’s end.
- Delhivery’s Insurance: Insurance will be applicable as per your agreement with Delhivery.
- Calculate Rates
- After entering the above details, you can hit Calculate Rates
- This generates the freight cost, which is displayed on the right side of the same page.
- You can view the Shipping mode, Freight Cost, Estimated Delivery Day
- You can click on Show Freight Breakup to view the freight charges.
