August Product Updates
Visibility of Weight Mismatches
- Users can now track weight mismatches on Delhivery One. This will only be visible for clients who are on prepaid mode and maintain a wallet with Delhivery.
- If a shipment has multiple wallet deduction i.e. X was charged from Wallet at the time of manifestation and Y was charged during shipment transit or delivery - user can track the weight and wallet deduction
- Users can view the sorter images of the shipments and raise claims if they want to raise a billing dispute once the shipment has been delivered.
- Navigate to Disputes > Weight Mismatches to view weight mismatches and raise claims.
WhatsApp Communication for Reverse Shipments
- Users can send WhatsApp Communication to end consignee for NDR verification and Reverse Shipment milestones
- You can verify unsuccessful pickup attempts from consignees through NPR Verification and send real time updates to consignees for reverse shipments like Out for Pickup, Successfully picked up.
- Navigate to Services > Value Added Services > Communications to view message templates and enable WhatsApp Communication.
- You can also subscribe to successfully delivered message report form Reports > Schedule Report > WhatsApp Communication Report.
